Skytrans was a proud supporter of the 2011 Mount Isa Show. We sent a couple of staff out this year to check it out. This is what Skytrans Customer Service Representative Chelly had to say;
“Upon arrival at the show, we first looked at the agricultural and quilting displays, and were impressed by the high quality of work as well as the variety of subject matter (including quilted monster trucks with flames coming from the exhaust). We then enjoyed a reptile show including, a presentation of Australia’s most venomous snakes, before a token trip to the show bag stand – for our respective nieces and nephews of course. Sadly none of us were game enough to face the show rides this year instead opting to relax as a bystander of the Mount Isa pet show, featuring a QLD state of origin supporting Great Dane, Bluey the blue tongue lizard, and a couple of pugs by the names of Pugsley & Pugalina. After viewing the various exhibits the official opening of the 30th Annual Mount Isa Show commenced, including presentations of the lifetime memberships to the show society.”
Sounds like a fantastic day!
