All fares are subject to availability and some fares will not necessarily be available on all flights throughout the year.

SKY FLEX (H)

Flight and date changes are permitted with no change fee payable up until 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. After this time, a change fee of AU$77.00 per passenger for each flight segment changed will be charged. The new fare must be of equal or higher value than the original fare. If the fare for the new booking is higher than the original fare, the difference in fare must be paid at the time of changing the booking. Name changes are permitted at any time free of charge. Re-routing is permitted, but if the fare for the new routing exceeds the fare for the original routing, this difference in fare must be paid at the time of making the change. Failure to check in for the flight by the deadline shown in the e-ticket receipt, or not showing up for the flight (no show) will incur a No Show Fee of AU$77.00 per passenger for each no show segment, with any remaining ticket value held in credit for further travel which must be completed within 12 months from the date of issue of the original ticket. The fare is refundable (minus a refund administration fee of AU$65.00 per passenger, and any fees owing), or the amount may be held in credit for further travel which must be completed within 12 months from the date of issue of the original ticket. If upgraded from a lower fare class, the fare applicable to the lower class remains non-refundable. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Children (2-11 years) pay 50% of the net adult fare, plus fees and taxes. Infants (under 2 years), who do not occupy a seat travel free of charge. Infants occupying a seat pay 50% of the full adult fare. Infants must be accompanied, and a maximum of one infant per adult travelling is permitted.

SKY VALUE (S)

Flight, date, name changes and re-routing are permitted up until 1700 (QLD EST) on the day prior to the scheduled departure. The new fare must be of equal or higher value than the original fare. A change fee of AU$40.00 per passenger for each flight segment changed, plus any difference, if applicable, between the fare for the new booking and the original fare will apply on each occasion that a booking is changed. A name change fee of AU$40.00 will apply for each passenger name changed. A re-route fee of AU$40.00 will apply to each flight segment that is re-routed. The ticket value may be held in credit for further travel which must be completed within 12 months from the date of issue of the original ticket. Cancellation after 1700 (QLD EST) on the day prior to the scheduled departure, failure to check in for the flight by the deadline shown in the e-ticket receipt, or not showing up for the flight (no show) will result in loss of the fare. The original fare paid is non-refundable. Full payment must be made at time of booking. Children (2-11 years) pay the full adult fare. Capacity Limitations

The carrier shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at fares governed by these rules and some fares will not necessarily be available on all flights. The number of seats which the carrier shall make available at these fares on a given flight will be determined by the best judgement of the carrier.
