Additional Eligibility Criteria
Available only to permanent residents of Aurukun, Lockhart River, Coen, Kowanyama and Edward River for travel between Cairns and these communities. Bookings must be made in person at the Skytrans agent in the community of residence, or at the Skytrans office in Cairns. Proof of local residency is required. Fares are available for personal use only and not for business or government purposes. Other Sky Deal rules apply.

All fares are subject to availability and some fares will not necessarily be available on all flights throughout the year.

SKY FLEX (H)

Flight, date, and route changes are permitted free of charge up until 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Within 2 hours of the scheduled departure time, a change fee of AU$77.00 per passenger applies. Name changes are permitted free of charge at any time. The new fare must be of equal or higher value than the original fare. If the fare for the new booking exceeds the fare for the original booking, the difference in fare must be paid at the time the change is made in addition to any applicable change fees. Failure to check in for the flight by the deadline shown on the e-ticket receipt, or not showing up for the flight (no show) will incur a no show fee of AU$77.00 per passenger and the ticket will be held in credit. The fare is refundable, subject to a refund administration fee of AU$65.00 per passenger. Where the fare has been upgraded from a lower non-refundable fare, the original fare amount paid remains non-refundable. The ticket may be held in credit, for future travel which must be completed within 6 months of the date of issue of the original ticket. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Children (2-11 years) pay 50% of the full adult fare. Infants (under 2 years), who do not occupy a seat travel free of charge. Infants occupying a seat pay 50% of the full adult fare. Infants must be accompanied, and a maximum of one infant per adult travelling is permitted.

Capacity Limitations

The carrier shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at fares governed by these rules and some fares will not necessarily be available on all flights. The number of seats which the carrier shall make available at these fares on a given flight will be determined by the best judgement of the carrier.
