All fares are subject to availability and some fares will not necessarily be available on all flights throughout the year.

Sky Flex (H)

Flight and date changes are permitted without any change fees up until 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Inside 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure, a $70 change fee will be charged for flight and date changes. The new fare must be of equal or higher value than the original fare. If the fare for the new booking is higher than the original fare, the difference in fare must be paid at the time of changing the booking. Name changes are permitted at any time free of charge. Re-routing is permitted, but if the fare for the new routing exceeds the fare for the original routing, this difference in fare must be paid at the time of making the change. Failure to check in for the flight by the deadline shown in the e-ticket receipt, or not showing up for the flight (no show), will incur a No Show Fee of AU$70.00 per passenger. The fare is fully refundable (a refund administration fee of AU$65.00 per passenger applies), or the amount may be held in credit for further travel for up to 12 months from the date of issue of the original ticket. Full payment must be made at time of booking. Children (2-11 years) pay 50% of the full adult fare. Infants (under 2 years), who do not occupy a seat travel free of charge. Infants occupying a seat pay 50% of the full adult fare. Infants must be accompanied, and a maximum of one infant per adult travelling is permitted.

Sky Value (S)

Flight and date changes permitted up until 1700 (EST) on the day prior to the scheduled departure. Changes are not permitted after 1700 (EST) the day prior to the scheduled departure. The new fare must be of equal or higher value than the original fare. For date/name/re-route changes: a fee of AU$35.00 per passenger for each flight segment changed, plus any difference, if applicable, applies. Re-routing is permitted, and any difference in fare must be paid at the time of making the change. For bookings held in credit, travel must be completed 12 months from original purchase date. The original fare paid remains non-refundable. Failure to check in for the flight by the deadline shown on the e-ticket receipt, or not showing up for the flight (no show), will result in loss of the fare. The fare is non-refundable. Full payment must be made at time of booking. Children (2-11 years) pay 50% of the full adult fare. Infants (under 2 years), who do not occupy a seat travel free of charge. Infants occupying a seat pay 50% of the full adult fare. Infants must be accompanied, and a maximum of one infant per adult travelling is permitted.

Sky Saver (K, B, V)

Flight and date changes permitted up until 24 hours prior to the flights scheduled departure. The new fare must be of equal or higher value than the original fare. For date/name changes: a fee of AU$70.00 per passenger for each flight segment changed, plus any fare difference, if applicable, applies. Failure to check in for the flight by the deadline shown on the e-ticket receipt, or not showing up for the flight (no show) will result in loss of the fare. Re-routing is not permitted; the fare must be upgraded in order to do this. For bookings held in credit, travel must be completed 12 months from original purchase. The fare is non-refundable. Full payment must be made at time of booking. date. Children (2-11 years) pay 50% of the full adult fare (K and B class only). Children (2-11 years) pay the full adult fare (V class only). Infants (under 2 years), who do not occupy a seat travel free of charge. Infants occupying a seat pay 50% of the full adult fare. Infants must be accompanied, and a maximum of one infant per adult travelling is permitted.

Sky Deal (M, N, L)

Flight and date changes are not permitted. Name changes and re-routing are not permitted. The fare cannot be upgraded to a higher class fare to accommodate any changes. Cancellations outside 48 hours of the flights scheduled departure will result in a $30.00 credit voucher being issued, per person, per segment cancelled. You may use your $30.00 voucher towards a new Skytrans flight. The $30.00 credit voucher is valid for 12 months from the original ticket purchase date. Cancellations inside 48 hours of the flights scheduled departure, failure to check in for the flight by the deadline shown on the e-ticket receipt, or not showing up for the flight (no show), will result in loss of the fare. The fare is non-refundable. Full payment must be made at time of booking. Children (2-11 years) pay the full adult fare. Infants (under 2 years), who do not occupy a seat travel free of charge. Infants occupying a seat pay the full adult fare. Infants must be accompanied, and a maximum of one infant per adult travelling is permitted.

Capacity Limitations

The carrier shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at fares governed by these rules and some fares will not necessarily be available on all flights. The number of seats which the carrier shall make available at these fares on a given flight will be determined by the best judgement of the carrier.
