As you know, flights were booked and planned with a particular time frame in mind, to assist our participants in the transition from home to Mt Isa to attend a six month training program. This program is an enormous opportunity for these people in terms of building self confidence and creating employment. The chaos that erupted to get them off Skytrans and onto their Macair flight could have been disastrous if not for your help………your willingness to provide the Skytrans bus for transport and drive them there yourself was greatly appreciated. This allowed Gina time to welcome the participants to the program and make sure they were all travelling well. Your influence also in convincing Macair to hold the plane is acknowledged.”

I'd like to say thank you for the flight up to Cairns for the movie day last Friday (also for shipping up all the show bags). The day was a huge success everyone enjoyed themselves. I'd like to compliment you and the Brilliant staff from Skytrans, who gave me a most enjoyable and memorable flight. From the ground staff at Townsville, to the Flight Attendant (and of course the guys who got me up there safely) and ground staff at Cairns the service was the BEST and could not be faulted in anyway. Everything was so nice and clean, the food was delicious, also the in-flight entertainment (I especially enjoyed looking at where we were going at the start of flight). I, as you are aware speak to many people on the telephone and have already told two people who often fly to Cairns how great Skytrans are, and can assure you will continue to do so. I certainly wouldn't fly with anyone else. Once again thank you very much.

What a wonderful experience we all had on Thursday. How to say ‘thank you’ enough is the hard part! The generosity of Skytrans still astounds me and for you to take the time and operate the flight as well, is amazing. The girls really enjoyed the day and found it a really great learning experience. I loved the flight – it was great to see what a ‘flight attendant’ does and great for the students to have the time on board. I hope you weren’t too tired after going to DRW and Dili. This is just a personal thanks from me to say how impressed I was with the flight, the operation, and with the continuing generosity and input that Skytrans has in the FNQ community. Well done!

I have flown many times over the last 7 years with Qantas and Qantas Link, being a gold card holder with Qantas I had the privilege of using the Qantas Club. This now is not important to me anymore.

After changing occupations I had the opportunity to fly with Skytrans, being a creature of habit and having to change Airlines was a big thing for me, I did not know what to expect, however was pleasantly surprised at the service you offer, right from entering your building and booking in. I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem, this friendly service continued on board the plane including landing in Townsville as well as the return flight.

I particularly enjoy the breakfast, offer of a paper to read or to watch TV, so many choices.

I have been in the service industry for many years myself and feel you have exceeded my expectations in your service and I will continue to support your airline when flying as well as telling people about you superb service.
